Provides users with a tool that can be used in their ERP purchasing process. ERP Diagnosis will help identify your business issues and ultimately produce a custom business case for a new ERP solution. It will guide the user through the departments within their business, asking them to select and rate any downfalls in key processes.
There are 8 departments and each department lists the major issues that have been identified as key drivers to the purchase of an ERP solution. Once the user has completed their ratings, they are prompted to create a tailored PDF document which highlights the issues and suggested remedies.
